IONADE

More hours of law, fewer hours of paperwork.

In a law firm, the expensive time is the lawyer’s. We automate the work around it so it goes into the cases.

Where the time goes

  1. Manual client intake

Client record, folder, engagement letter and conflict check, from scratch every time.

  2. Deadlines in a spreadsheet

A missed deadline is a serious problem. Relying on one person is a risk.

  3. Documents that repeat

Standard letters and filings written again and again with different details.

What we automate

  1. One-step client intake

    When

The client fills in a form

    Result

Record, folder and engagement letter ready to sign

  2. Deadline tracking

    When

    A court notice arrives

    Result

Deadline calculated, in the calendar, with staged reminders

  3. Documents from the case file

    When

    You pick the template

    Result

    Document generated, ready for review

  4. Fee note follow-up

    When

    A fee note falls due

    Result

Reminder to the client and internal alert if unpaid

Work out your case

Law firm · 6 people

20 new clients a month set up by hand. 30 standard documents drafted from scratch.

The client fills in a form and intake runs on its own. Documents come from templates filled with case data.

Client intake
11 h × €20 = €220
Standard documents
10 h × €90 = €900
Value recovered per month
€1,120
IONADE maintenance
€350/month

Lawyer hours are valued at internal cost, not billing rate.

Rough estimate. Not a real client.

Sector questions

What about client confidentiality?

Data never leaves a server we control, in Andorra or the EU. We sign a processor agreement and only the assigned engineer has access.

Does it work with our practice software?

If it has an API, exports, or works with folders and email, usually yes. We confirm it in the diagnosis before quoting anything.

Who reviews generated documents?

Always a lawyer. The system prepares the document; the decision and the signature are yours.
