IONADE

Invoices enter themselves. Your team gives advice.

An advisory firm sells judgement, yet spends the day keying in data. We automate data entry so the time goes where you can bill it.

Where the time goes

  1. Invoices keyed in by hand

Hundreds of invoices a month, arriving as PDFs, photos or paper.

  2. Deadlines in a spreadsheet

IGI, IRPF and corporate tax returns for dozens of clients, tracked by hand.

  3. Paperwork that never arrives

Chasing clients by email for whatever is missing.

Sector questions

What share of invoices does it read correctly?

Clear ones, nearly all. Uncertain ones are flagged for review instead of being entered wrongly. We measure it on your own invoices during launch.

Does it work with our accounting software?

We work with imports, APIs or exchange files. The diagnosis tells you which route yours uses.

Does my clients’ data leave Andorra?

Not unless you want it to. The server is in Andorra or the EU and we sign a processor agreement.

We talk about how you work today and tell you which tasks are worth automating and which are not.
